creditreport.com, or something else?
I'm confused. Who did you sign up with for credit monitoring? You say "creditreport.com had a link to a credit monitoring site." What's the credit monitoring site?
Did you sign up with creditreport.com--who would have charged you as MNI Credit Report Services--or was something like consumerinfo.com, who would be CIC Credit Monitoring Service? The two companies are totally separate entities.
Or did MNI sell your credit card number, and then CIC signed you up for their service without your approval using negative option marketing?
